What happens if I return the car late?

Returning the car late may incur additional charges, typically calculated on a per-hour or per-day basis.

What should I do if I get into an accident?

Call our emergency hotline immediately, and follow their instructions.
The vehicle will be inspected by our team and maintenance cost must be covered by the client.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The client is required to be at least 21 years old. For clients younger than 21 years old and wish to rent a car, we are happy to provide a driver for the rental period requested

What happens if I return the car with a different fuel level than when I received it?

If you return the car with a different fuel level, additional fees will be incurred based on the number of tanks of fuel that need to be added to match the original level

Can I modify my reservation?

You can modify your reservation by contacting our customer service team, but changes may be subject to availability

What do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driver’s license, a valid ID and passport, and a credit card.
